SHIPPING
All deliveries are handled by FedEx or UPS. We are unable to ship to box addresses.
Standard packages are delivered on business days between 9am and 5pm
Average delivery time 5 – 7 days*
*Delivery time applies to orders that are placed on weekdays before 3pm and varies depending on size of shipment and place of delivery.
For orders that are placed on weekends or after 3pm the delivery time is counted from the following working day.
The order is completed once we have received full payment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Mammoth Rugs, we understand that after living with a rug in your home for a few days, you may want to return the rug and find a better fit. If you would like to make a return, email us at help@mammothrugs.com to begin the process. Items eligible for return must be unused and returned in original condition.
1-30 days from delivery: Full refund
31 days or more: Non returnable
Return Shipping:
Mammoth Rugs will handle the return shipping fees and send you a shipping label. Rugs can be shipped via FedEx or UPS to our warehouse location: 507 Westport Avenue Norwalk, CT 06851
Exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
